I work with private clients and interior designers to make contemporary heirloom quilts for your home with the dedication to craftsmanship and simple beauty of traditional quilts. Each quilt is handmade in my studio and is a celebration of the quilt as functional art - at home on a bed, a couch, or hanging on a wall - and crafted to last a lifetime.
Commissioned quilts can be a variation of a design I've already created or a completely custom design. Each quilt is unique, even if it is based on a previous design. The colors can be changed to fit your needs; and the backs of the quilts are created specifically for each quilt, designed organically like an abstract patchwork painting.
The commission process takes about 12-15 weeks. All commissioned quilts require a 50% deposit with the balance being due upon project completion.
