Two Rivers is a celebration of my love for the city of Philadelphia, which sits along the intersection of the Schuykill and the Delaware Rivers. Using a traditional log cabin pattern, Two Rivers is a meditation on the foundational structure of the city and my personal history with the city. Made when I was living in Seattle, making Two Rivers provided a physical and creative connection - the quilt is entirely hand quilted - to my adopted hometown. Two Rivers is a quilt about love, place, and longing.
Machine pieced; hand quilted. Can be fitted with a hanging sleeve for wall display.
